Welcome to Pine Ridge Assisted Living

Pine Ridge Assisted Living is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) by the State of Wisconsin. It was designed for those who require managed assistance with activities of daily living.

Additional services are available, for a fee, such as medication supervision and/or administration, insulin supervision, rehab therapies, etc..
A plan is developed for each resident that coordinates the services of physicians, nurses, therapists, and support personnel.

Nestled in the rolling valley, residents can enjoy the view from anywhere in the building. This facility consisits of 37 apartments that were designed with a 12 foot by 15 foot living room including a bay window, closet and kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and cabinets. The bedroom includes two closets. Emergency call system and a walk-in/roll-in shower with a bench seat are included in each apartment's private bathroom.  The apartments range from 410 - 623 square feet.

For the safety of the residents, all of the units include smoke detectors, sprinkler heads, emergency call system, and grab bars in the bathrooms. Residents can also wear an urgent-call pendant or bracelet which would alert staff 24 hours a day.

Common space in Pine Ridge includes a large, vaulted ceiling dining room which has a great view of the outdoors, and a two-sided gas fireplace, along with a lounge space where residents can gather to watch television together, or visit.

A Sunroom, surrounded in windows, is a great place for residents to enjoy various activities, or just take in the view.

The Family Dining Room has an oak table and chairs with a full service kitchen that can be reserved for private family functions, such as birthday or holiday gatherings.

In 2007, The Red Oak Center for fitness and rehabilitation was built and is located at Christian Community Home. Residents living at Pine Ridge have a free membership to this state-of-the-art center. There is also a Massage Therapist who is available for appointments and will provide massages for a fee.
